Compound Index Drives

Compound Index Drives

Our compound index drives combine mechanisms in a compound housing to deliver the speed and timing you need for your operation.

  • Input geared index drive – one Cyclo-Index mechanism driven by either decreasing or increasing speed gearing on the input of a Cyclo-Index.
  • Output geared index drive – one Cyclo-Index mechanism driven by either decreasing or increasing speed gearing on the output of a Cyclo-Index.
  • Tandem index drive – two identical Cyclo-Index mechanisms housed together to provide double the output torque capacity of a single mechanism.
  • Alternating index drive – two Cyclo-Index mechanisms with the index portions of the inputs timed 180° out of phase.
